Так, а если заказал сакапульку- "я засыпаю здоровым восстанавливающим сном" уснул во время видео, проснулся через час где-то, снова не могу уснуть, пошел поел, опять лежу. Это типа, я за час выспался здоровым восстанавливаюшим сном? Уже вставать или попвтаться еще уснуть?😊
Слушаю каждый день и очень хочу хоть раз дослушать дальше 15 минуты! Сразу засыпаю!
